Adolescent Puppy Basics

4-Week In-Person Class. Begins march 22nd. For dogs 4–12 months navigating the teenage phase.

Is your puppy suddenly:

• Pulling harder on leash?
• Ignoring cues they used to know?
• Easily distracted in public?
• Having big feelings in new situations?

Adolescence is a real stage — and it requires structure, consistency, and guidance. You’re not alone. And you’re not doing it wrong!

In this class, you’ll build:

✔ Real-life leash skills
✔ Focus around distractions
✔ Calm greetings
✔ Impulse control
✔ Cooperative care & dog body language

Dogs work at comfortable distances in a spacious gym environment to support focus and learning. We intentionally keep class size small to provide personalized coaching and a calm training experience.

This class is a great fit for:

• Dogs 4–12 months old
• Families wanting practical, positive training
• Dogs able to work safely on leash in a structured group setting

If your dog struggles significantly with reactivity or aggression, we recommend starting with private support first. If you’re unsure, feel free to book a free discovery call before registering.

Sundays at 3pm
March 22 – April 19
Limited to 4–5 dogs

Tuition: $199. Spots are reserved once payment is received. After your registration is approved (see form below), you’ll have 72 hours to confirm enrollment. If you need additional time or need to split the payment, please reach out. Spots are offered in the order payment or deposit is received.

Many of our students continue into Advanced Puppy or private training for more individualized support. This class lays the groundwork.
